2026 Gift Guide: Purchases That Support Washington’s National Parks

November 3, 2026

By Alex Day, Marketing & Communications Director

The best gifts carry a little piece of a place you love. This year’s guide is packed with goodies sure to delight the people on your holiday shopping list while doing some good by giving back to Mount Rainier, North Cascades, and Olympic National Parks.

New this season, you can hang a year of hand-painted Olympic Peninsula scenes on the wall, frame a vintage-style park poster, or sign someone up for a monthly fine art print. Our longtime partners are back too, with park-inspired coffee, mugs, candles, apparel, and more. When you purchase from our partners, they donate a portion of the proceeds to Washington’s National Park Fund to support projects in the parks, so they’re gifts you can feel good about giving.

Give In Honor of Your Park People

Who first showed you a mountain meadow, a glacier-fed river, or a rain forest trail? A gift in someone’s honor celebrates that person and the memories you share. It also helps repair trails and facilities, protect wildlife, advance science and research, and make the parks more welcoming and accessible for everyone.

Preview of a holiday card

It’s a perfect fit for the hard-to-shop-for friend, the family hiking crew, or the ranger or volunteer who made a visit unforgettable. Share their contact information, and we send a card or email letting them know about your thoughtful gift. No wrapping required!

Iconic Park Stays

Some gifts don’t fit in a box. Picture a crackling fireplace in a historic lobby, or waking up steps from the trailhead. A stay at a lodge inside the parks makes a memorable gift, and it gives back, too: participating lodges add a few dollars per night to each guest’s bill, which goes to Washington’s National Park Fund to support that park. (Guests can always opt out, though most choose to give.)

We’re grateful to Rainier Guest Services and Guest Services, Inc. in Mount Rainier National Park, Guest Services, Inc. in North Cascades National Park, and Aramark, Delaware North, and Explor Olympic in Olympic National Park for their support.
