This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to extend your love for the outdoors and Washington's magnificent national parks. By supporting the national parks, you ensure that future generations can experience the same awe-inspiring vistas, the same enchanting trails, and the same sense of wonder that you once did and continue to return to. Don't miss your opportunity to have an impact on critical projects that would otherwise go unfunded!
We work hard to bring the magic of Washington’s national parks to all people — even those who may not be in a position to visit them in person.
Virtual Field Trips bring the parks to the people in the comfort of their own homes. Hear from park rangers and experts as we take a field trip (via Zoom) to one of the parks. Get to know the parks from the perspective of those who know them best in this free event series.
Fireside Circles also bring the magic of the parks into the community – or, in some cases, bring the community into the parks – for special weekend events. These intimate get-togethers forge stronger relationships with park leadership while building even deeper connections to the parks.
We offer all kinds of engaging events that drum up financial support for critical park projects and welcome you to join us.
Each year we host park supporters and park rangers, scientists, and superintendents for a night of fun and fundraising, with auction proceeds benefitting park priorities. Attendees bid on everything from outdoor gear to adventures and one-of-a-kind park experiences.
Climb for a Cause, our fundraising climbing program, offers participants the chance to knock off an epic bucket list item — summiting one of the three most famous peaks in Washington state — while helping to support important projects in the three national parks they call home.
Whether you’re into cycling, running, leisurely walks, or meeting up with friends at you local brewery, we’re sure our partners have an event you won’t want to miss.
Cyclists will want to check out RAMROD (Ride Around Mount Rainier in One Day) and Ride the Hurricane in Olympic National Park, while runners and walkers won’t want to miss Pacific Runderland 5K and Kids Run in Auburn or Dick’s-A-Thon in Seattle. Plus, our brewery partners offer pint nights benefitting the parks. You don’t have to climb a mountain to show support!
