Our national parks are well-loved treasures where we recreate, relax, learn and make lifelong memories. As someone who has benefitted greatly from these amazing resources, I want to preserve and protect them. It takes immense dedication from both the public and private sectors to fund, steward and enhance our parks for future generations, and I’m thrilled to play a part by actively sharing new and meaningful experiences in our Washington national parks with others.

Although Andrea is a relative newcomer to the Pacific Northwest, her relationship with our national parks goes back decades to some of her most memorable and life-changing outdoor experiences such as completing the Wonderland Trail in 2002. She loves recreating in public lands and has lived in or adjacent to Grand Teton and Hawai’i Volcanoes National Parks.

Andrea shares with the WNPF team her more than 25 years of experience in fund development in a wide range of nonprofit organizations including performing arts, public radio, higher education, and conservation including philanthropy organizations supporting national parks. She volunteers with the Appalachian Mountain Club and the Seattle Animal Shelter Foundation and sings with Choral Arts Northwest. Andrea holds bachelor’s degrees in music and communications from Mars Hill University and a Master’s in Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
