We work hard to bring the magic of Washington’s national parks to all people — even those who may not be in a position to visit them in person.
Virtual Field Trips bring the parks to the people in the comfort of their own homes. Hear from park rangers and experts as we take a field trip (via Zoom) to one of the parks in this free event series.
Fireside Circles also bring the magic of the parks into the community – or, in some cases, bring the community into the parks – for special one-night or weekend-long programs. These intimate get-togethers bring together park leadership with our community of supporters.
Pints for the Parks are fun community events where local breweries and cideries donate a portion of the proceeds back to the parks. At some events, we have guest speakers, a free raffle, and trivia!
We offer all kinds of engaging events that drum up financial support for critical park projects and welcome you to join us.
Return to Paradise is a one-of-a-kind fundraising event at Mount Rainier National Park’s Paradise Inn the night before the Inn opens to the public, giving supporters a special look at the park from a new perspective.
Parkfest brings together park supporters and park rangers, scientists, and superintendents for a night of fun and fundraising. Attendees play park-themed games and bid on outdoor gear, adventures, and one-of-a-kind park experiences in our silent auction.
Climb for a Cause and Trek for the Trails, our fundraising climbing and trek programs, offer participants the chance to knock off an epic bucket list item while helping fund projects in Washington’s three national parks.
Whether you’re into cycling, running, leisurely walks, or even haunted houses, we’re sure our partners have an event you won’t want to miss.
Cyclists will want to check out Ride the Hurricane in Olympic National Park, while runners and walkers won’t want to miss Pacific Runderland 5K and Kids Run in Auburn or Dick’s-A-Thon in Seattle. Plus, our brewery partners offer pint nights benefitting the parks. You don’t have to climb a mountain to show support!
