Tom Dugan

CEO, DeLille Cellars

Board of Directors

Washington’s National Parks are precious resources. These places and the experiences they provide have deeply shaped who I am as a person today, and I feel committed to protecting and supporting them so they can continue to do the same for future generations.

Tom grew up in Ohio and became an outdoor enthusiast at early age as a result of an annual family National Park trip. From hiking rim-to-rim in the Grand Canyon, to seeing the unique Kennecott Mines in Wrangell-St. Elias, and to a first trip to the east side of Glacier, these places and experiences had a profound impact on Tom, creating a continued need to pursue adventure and the outdoors and influencing major life decisions, including where to attend college, work, and live.

Washington’s National Parks were a major draw in bringing Tom to the Seattle where he is CEO of DeLille Cellars, an iconic Washington Winery founded in 1992 and located in Woodinville. Prior to DeLille, Tom worked in finance in London and New York and co-founded Harlem Lacrosse, a school-based non-profit organization that provides academic and behavioral intervention, leadership training, mentoring and lacrosse instruction to at-risk youth. When Tom isn’t working, you can usually find him skiing, climbing, mountain biking or doing pretty much anything else outside with his wife, son, and dog. Tom is excited to utilize his business acumen to support the North Cascades, Mountain Rainier, and Olympic National Parks.
