Teresa serves as the Chair of the Donor Engagement Committee.

Teresa grew up in the shadow of the Cascade mountains and has found refuge in the outdoors since early childhood. She is proud to have called Seattle home for over twenty years and was captivated by Mount Rainier National Park from the very first day. This passion has led to multiple summits in Mount Rainier National Park, bushwhacking into remote corners of the North Cascades, backcountry skiing in the Tatoosh, and countless days on trails near and far. These wild places have become written on her heart as priceless spaces for both challenge and deep personal renewal.

An engineer during work hours, her passion for the outdoors evolved into formal outdoor event leadership and the founding of her own outdoor adventure company, Cascade Mountain Adventures. Though Cascade Mountain Adventures is currently “in hibernation,” she is proud to have led day hikes, backpacking trips, and snow camping overnights in our great pacific northwest and considers the opportunity to teach outdoor skills, encourage others in their outdoor journies, and deepen their appreciation for our shared wilderness treasures an invaluable privilege. Teresa is proud to dedicate her passion, enthusiasm, and skills to support the North Cascades, Olympic, and Mount Rainier National Parks.
