Laura LeDoux

Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, REI Co-op

Board of Directors

Time in nature, whatever that looks like on any given day, is an essential way to both inspire and calm the senses. We are so fortunate to have three national parks in the great state of Washington, and I’m honored to be part of WNPF’s efforts to preserve and protect these treasures.

Laura LeDoux is a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, and business analytics. She currently serves as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Recreational Equipment, Inc. (REI), where she merges her professional expertise with her personal passion for the outdoors and helps advance REI’s mission to get everyone outside.

Originally from the greater Kansas City area, Laura earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Missouri before relocating to the Pacific Northwest. Since then, she has embraced the region’s natural beauty and honed her passion for outdoor access and conservation.

Outside of her professional role, Laura has served as Cubmaster for Cub Scout Pack 638 since 2019 and is proudly guiding her three children on their scouting journeys as they work their way from the Lion rank in kindergarten up to Eagle Scout. Her weekends and school breaks often include camping, hiking, and exploring Washington’s national parks with her family.

Laura is honored to bring her financial acumen, leadership experience, and deep enthusiasm for the outdoors to the Washington’s National Park Fund Board of Directors.
