Elizabeth Gonzalez

Administrative Manager

Staff

I have devoted my career to being a voice for the underserved, ranging from high-risk youth to now public lands. My indigenous roots obligate me to care for these beautiful spaces and most importantly to help cultivate future stewards to protect and cherish them for centuries to come.

As a California native, Elizabeth grew up exploring the public lands in the Sierra Nevada’s and along the coast with her family. These outings inspired wonder and awe, leading her to become an avid hiker and die-hard nature lover.

Prior to joining Washington’s National Park Fund, Elizabeth served as the Administrative Director for the Sequoia Parks Conservancy in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. After being captivated by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, she relocated with her husband and younger son to the Seattle area to join WNPF. Elizabeth’s new role with WNPF perfectly melds together her deep love and appreciation for public lands while also pulling from her more than 20 years of financial and administrative experience working with nonprofits.
